About this auto repair invoice template
Vehicle repair invoices are often kept for warranty and resale. They should record the vehicle, the work carried out and the parts fitted.
What to put on a auto repair invoice
- Put the vehicle registration, make, model and mileage on the invoice. Use the reference box for the registration.
- List labour and parts separately, with part names.
- Note any warranty on parts or workmanship.
- Record advisory items you noticed but did not repair.
