About this painter and decorator invoice template
Decorating jobs are quoted by room or by day. The invoice should follow the quote, and show any extras that were agreed on the way.
What to put on a painter and decorator invoice
- Follow the structure of your quote, room by room, so the customer can tick each off.
- Show materials on their own line, or say they are included.
- State the number of coats, and any preparation such as filling and sanding.
- List extras agreed during the job as separate lines.

Add each extra as its own line with a short description, so the change from the quote is clear.
