About this graphic design invoice template
Designers usually price by project or by stage. Invoicing per stage keeps cash coming in and keeps the client engaged as the work moves along.
What to put on a graphic design invoice
- Invoice by stage: concepts, revisions, final files. Each stage has its own line.
- Say how many rounds of revisions are included. Charge extra rounds separately.
- Note what the client owns on final payment, such as the final files and the licence to use them.
- Ask for part payment upfront, and show it as a deposit.
