About this videography invoice template
Video work has several separate costs: shooting, editing, equipment and licences. Itemising them helps a client understand the price and makes changes easy to quote.
What to put on a videography invoice
- Split filming, editing and any extras so the client can see the shape of the job.
- State how many finished minutes and how many revision rounds are included.
- Add licensing costs for music or footage as their own lines.
- Take a deposit before the shoot and show it on the invoice.
